The width of meltblown cloth is 1600mm, 2400mm and 3200mm, and the diameter of extruder is 90mm, 105mm and 135mm. However, after the outbreak of the epidemic, the small machines (that is, the ones used by Yangzhong family workshops) were small in width, usually only a few tens of centimeters, and the screw diameters were mostly 45mm, 50mm and 65mm.


This kind of machine has low output and low quality, but its cost is cheap and the delivery time is fast. Before the epidemic, the price was 20000-30000. Now it has risen to more than 200000, but it is still much cheaper than the extruder of regular manufacturers. At present, the price of meltblown extruder produced by 1600 regular factories in the market is more than 6 million, and the delivery time is more than 2 months.
